Cancellation Policy

Geo Aesthetics charges a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations or re-scheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please text 956-739-5387 if you have any questions/concerns. Late policy: I have a 5min grace period. Because certain services require a specific time to complete, if you are more than 5 min late, your appointment will be re-scheduled and will result in a 50% fee. Arriving late to your facial will cut into your own service time. Please plan for any traffic. Appointment modifications: Any changes to your appointment must be made 48 hrs prior to your scheduled time. Ex: If you are scheduled for a Signature 90min facial but then decide you want a 60 min instead. Failure to give timely notice will result in being responsible for full payment of your initial scheduled service. No-shows will be charged a 50% fee and will not be allowed to book any future appointments at Geo Aesthetics without a full pre-payment of service.
