CANCELLATION POLICY

Geo Aesthetics charges a 50% fee for ALL cancellations or re-schedules within 48 hrs of your appointment. Arriving late to your facial will cut into your own service time. There is a strict 5 min grace period for the following services: wax & tint, brow lami, peels and all 30 min appointments. Otherwise, your appointment will automatically be re-scheduled & a 50% fee will be applied. Please plan to be on time & inside my studio by the 5 min mark. A "no-show" means you missed your appointment & did not communicate with me: You will be charged 50% of your scheduled service and not be allowed to book any future appointments without full pre-payment. All appointment modifications must be made 48 hrs in advance by communicating with me. For example: If you are scheduled for facial & brows but day of you decide you don't want the facial, you will still be responsible for full payment of the initial scheduled services. No kids or extra guests allowed who are not receiving a treatment.
